How to Apply

  1. Complete the Application: Submit your application using this link.
  2. Provide Accurate Contact Information: Ensure your phone number and email are current so we can reach you.
  3. Answer All Questions: Incomplete applications may result in loss of your spot.

Next Steps

  • After submitting your application, you will receive an email with a copy of your responses and a supplemental information packet.
  • This is NOT an appointment.
  • Your application will be reviewed and a clinic volunteer will contact you to:
    • Collect additional information
    • Obtain your consent for medical care
    • Schedule your cat’s appointment

If the clinic is full, you will be added to a waiting list. If spots become available due to cancellations, we may contact you.

Donation Request

Our clinics are low cost but donations are encouraged to help us continue providing these services. The estimated value of this care is $275 – $300 per cat. Your support allows us to keep offering affordable spay/neuter clinics in Aroostook County.
